With Global Marine Groups international presence and expertise, we have a wealth of knowledge when it comes to yacht design and construction. Global Marine Group will be with you from concept to completion, to advise, liaise and manage your project to bring your expectations to actualization.

Global Marine Group will act as your on site representative throughout the entire process, to ensure that your new build is carried out to contract specifications, time lines and budget. We liaise between shipyards, contractors, classification society and flag state to make certain your new build is in compliance with the most up to date, legal safety requirements. We will provide you with weekly up to date progress reports, time lines, cost estimates and scheduling, independent of that to the shipyard.
